OPTIC FLYT · Live Competitions

Run the comp. We'll handle the rest.

FLYT turns any gym event into a real competition: build divisions and workouts, publish a public event page, score from the floor, and throw a live leaderboard up on the TV, the wall, or every athlete's phone — in your gym's colors and logo. In-house comps are one of the highest-retention culture events a box can run. FLYT makes them turnkey.

OPTIC FLYT TV board: overall standings for The Proving Ground 2026 showing each team's placing and raw score for all nine events and a running total, beside the Race for the Podium chart with the auto-written Decider and tiebreak narrative.

The TV view, live. Every cell carries the placing and the actual result — 12:48 / 210 reps, 291 lb, 9:04 — not just points. On the right, the Race for the Podium plots every team's position after each event, and the line underneath is written by FLYT from the scores: the event that actually decided it, and how the countback broke a tie on 24 points. The two things nobody else does

It grades your comp,
then it tells the story.

FLYT isn't a scoring app that had to invent movement analysis. It runs on OPTIC's engine — a 241-movement library with pattern, time-domain and modality classification, already used to grade affiliate programming. Pointed at a competition, it does two things no other board can.

Before the gun

Pre-Flight

Every other platform records what you programmed. FLYT tells you whether it's any good — before you publish.

It reads your actual workout text, scores the whole event list 0–100 for variety across movement pattern, time domain and modality, grades it narrow · uneven · balanced, and names the specific fix.

"Every conditioning event is a sprint — no time-domain variety."
→ Add a short sprint and/or a long aerobic piece.

Advisory, never a gate. A strength-only meet is a legitimate event, not a mistake — FLYT says what it sees and gets out of the way.

After the last score

Race for the Podium

The moment results are in, the board draws every entrant's position after each event and writes the narrative underneath — automatically, from the data.

THE DECIDER · 2A · 2K ROW — take that event away and 3 podium spots change hands. That's the one that decided it.

TIEBREAK — two teams tied on points; countback put Iron Harbor ahead.

The lead changed hands 3 times.

The Decider is a leave-one-out calculation: pull each event out of the final totals and see which one's removal reshuffles the podium most. Wire-to-wire wins get called out too.

That's free content for you — a post that writes itself the second the last score lands.

What FLYT does

Broadcast-grade comps,
run from your gym.

Organizer Console

Individual, partner or team formats. Unlimited divisions you can rename and reorder. Eight score types — for time, AMRAP, reps, max load, calories, distance, points, completion.

Public Event Page

A shareable page with your date, start time in your own timezone, venue, long-form details, sponsors and socials — plus a Workouts tab you can release ahead of the comp or hold back event by event.

RX · Intermediate · Scaled

Per-division standards on every event — the loads and scaling for each division, published on the event page so nobody has to ask what the weight is.

TV · Wall · Phone

One board, three surfaces: a full-bleed broadcast board that auto-rotates events with the Race for the Podium pinned alongside, a lobby wall showing three divisions at once, and a mobile view with a frozen name column so names stay on screen while you scroll the events.

Multi-Score Events

One event, several numbers, one placing. A judge types 10:19 / 595 / 56 — each part is parsed by its own format, the first ranks and the rest break ties in order. Up to eight components.

Bulk Roster Import

Paste or upload up to 400 entries at a time, team members included. It previews before it writes and reports every skipped row by line number with a reason — then imports the rest.

Deterministic Ranking

Place-sum or a points table. Tiebreaks resolve in a fixed order — total, then a head-to-head comparison of sorted event finishes, then the most recent event. A capped athlete never outranks a finisher, on any format.

Results Hold & Reveal

Freeze the public board before the awards, then flip it live for the final-heat reveal. Build the moment the crowd came for.

Your Brand, Not a Template

Logo, background art, adjustable scrim, four colour tokens and four presets, plus sponsor logos with names. Every screen looks like your event.

Why gyms run FLYT
Culture on the wall

A live board turns a normal Saturday into an event. Members compete, cheer, and come back — the community glue every gym wants.

Sponsor-ready

Branded screens and named sponsor logos make local sponsorships an easy sell — the board pays for the prize table.

No extra apps

Event page, scoring, ranking and display all live inside OPTIC. One login runs the comp — no stitched-together tools on event day.

Put your next throwdown on the big screen

OPTIC FLYT is live. Build your event list, get it graded, and have a public board running before the first heat.
