Privacy Policy

Effective: [July 7, 2026] · Last updated: [July 7, 2026]

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the OPTIC platform and the ommacyber.com website (together, the "Service").

1. Who We Are

The Service is operated by OMMA Cyber LLC ("OMMA Cyber," "we," "us"), 116 Agnes Rd STE 200 Knoxville, TN 37919. You can reach us at info@ommacyber.com. For users in the UK and EU, we act as a controller for the account and marketing information described below, and as a processor for the programming and any athlete or member data a gym uploads to the Service.

2. Information We Collect

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and operate OPTIC, analyze the programming you submit, respond to your requests, improve our products, keep the Service secure, and communicate with you about the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Legal Bases (UK and EU Users)

Where UK or EU data-protection law applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Service you request), our legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve the Service), and your consent where it is required (for example, certain marketing communications).

5. How We Share Information

We share information with service providers who help us run OPTIC — including hosting and database providers, an AI processing provider, and email and form providers — under agreements that restrict their use of the information to providing services to us. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and the security of the Service. We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party advertising.

6. International Transfers

We are based in the United States, and your information may be processed there. For transfers of UK or EU personal data, we use appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (including the UK Addendum / International Data Transfer Agreement), or another lawful transfer mechanism.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business and legal purposes. We will delete or return uploaded programming data on request or on termination of your use of the Service, except for de-identified data and routine backups. To request deletion, email info@ommacyber.com.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live — including the UK, the EU, and certain US states — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us. If you are in the UK or EU, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is completely secure, and you remain responsible for keeping your own copies of your programming data.

10. Cookies

Our website uses only essential cookies needed for the site to function and to process your beta-access request. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising. If we introduce analytics or additional cookies in the future, we will update this policy.

11. Children

OPTIC is intended for gyms, coaches, and adult athletes and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised date and, where appropriate, notify you.
